The Demise of the Republican Party?

The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) has backed RINO’s that were as liberal as Pelosi on most issues, Mark Kirk and Mike Castle chief among them. They ignored qualified conservatives in the Illinois primary and denigrated Tea Party backed candidates in other races. Reagan wouldn’t of ever thought of backing these liberal RINOs. The leadership of the Republican National Committee (RNC) is the driving force for the NRSC. Major changes need to be made in the NRSC and RNC or a third party for conservatives may arise leaving the Republican Party to wither away.

The NRSC backed Mark Kirk in the Illinois US senate primary race that was short, being held February. Kirk had money and backing of the NRSC and RNC and won.  Kirk had the lowest conservative rating in the US house with several Democrats more conservative than him. He backed late term partial birth abortion, was rabidly anti gun and voted for Cap and Trade. He refused to enter the debates that were held, no doubt unable to defend his liberal votes and have them aired to and not wanting an unknowing public to become aware of them.
Mike Castle was nearly a liberal twin of Kirk. He also got a F by the NRA and GOA and a perfect 100% from NARAL and Planned Parenthood. His conservative rating was a battle with Kirk for who would be lower. Also he had the backing of both the NRSC and RNC. Unlike Kirk the voters had time for the conservative Christine O’Donnell to get traction, conservative backing, and win.

Sharron Angle in Nevada, Joe Miller in Alaska, and Rand Paul all battled RNC backed candidates and won while Republican pundits lambasted them. Karl Rove proved his Neocon roots when he savaged Christine O’Donnell. While the RNSC and RNC may not like conservatives, apparently the people do and if they don’t get with the program they will end up delegated to be an entry in Wikipedia as historical fact under failed political parties.

Here are some of the Republicans without a clue.

Rove proves he is an elitist Neocon

This won’t last, Republicans will understand that they will need to support Tea Party members and become the party of Reagan again. Jim

The RNSC is dithering on supporting O’Donell. They are still supporting other RINOs, don’t bet on it.

Their power is dwindling and they are going out like spoiled children. The ruling class elitism of both parties is sickening.I think what we are seeing during these primaries is just the tip of the iceberg. Conservatives are showing up in huge numbers to vote now, wait until they can make their voice heard with the democrats on the ballot as well.

Rove talks about how Christine can’t win. All she has to do is ask the people of Delaware if they want another rubber stamp for Harry Reid with Coons or a different direction for DC. Even the dems in Delaware will not want another guaranteed vote for the dem agenda they have had to endure so far. The one thing the left is not taking into account is the fact that many, many dems are just as sick of the behavior and attitude in DC as the right is. My entire family has always been diehard dems and they wouldn’t vote for one now under any circumstance. We are winning the hearts and minds of the Reagan dems back and it is about time.

We saw the same thing with Palin, they don’t want regular people, just Ivy League types.

I don’t know what to say…………….Ronald “The Gipper” did back RINOs all day long. He personally went out of his way to support and campaign for Spector. It was him who claimed the “Big Tent” theory. I have noticed that many want to rewrite The Gipper’s history but Rove was right, even if he backed off and Charles is right and he won’t back off. The woman can never be elected and thanks to Sarah and this Tea Party movement, they just handed Harry Reid is job back. People in Delaware will never elect a woman who anti-masturbation. That and other things about this woman is so far off the scale of what is normal for 98% of the human race. She is a nut for God sakes. The right just lost control of congress at a time we needed it the most to stop this bastard from bankrupting us over all of this. IDEOLOGY is worthless if you can’t not have the power to use it. I am stunned to see that so many Tea People can not understand that ,because the election in The Senate is so close, that this is not the time to have a hissy fit over RINOs for God Sakes. Obama is smiling big time after all this. They get to keep the Senate, and with the with The White House they will continue on their socialist path! How is it better for The Tea Party to have this woman in The Senate with Harry Reid running it, then a RINO in Delaware with McConnell running the Senate? HOW? how? how!!!!!!!!

RINO’s helped get this country in the shape it is in with the total blessing of the left. If you are willing to compromise with those that seek the destruction of everything great this nation is, then you will surely get exactly what you have coming. Castle and Coons both are nothing more then another rubber stamp vote for the Reid,Pelosi and Obama agenda.
The TEA party would not have Christine in the senate, the PEOPLE of Delaware would, and her being there is the best way to get the real change needed to restore America back to conservative values. The lying left is making a fool of themselves over the masturbation comments from the 90″s only because they have managed to put together the largest group of jerk-offs ever assembled in DC . People that are outraged over the win by Christine are seeing their ruling class elitism swirling the drain and are upset that the voters actually still get to have a say in some elections in America. You seem to be content as to whether there is an R or a D after the name when the only thing that matters is the voting history, and Castle’s was pathetic. You could just lay his record out there and not ID him and it would match up with any democrat in Pelosi’s regime.

One thing coming is Amnesty which will cost trillions and cement liberal control of our country.McCain, Snow and other RINOs will be helping the Dems get it, are you forgiving of them?

A party has to stand for something, it can’t be everything to everyone.

You can’t be for any gun restricting law that comes along and be a Republican.
You can’t vote for the biggest tax increase ever, that destroys or hampers businesses all over the country causing millions of job losses by skyrocketing energy costs and be a Republican. You can’t be for partial birth abortion, something you wouldn’t be allowed to do to a dog and be a Republican.
Kirk, Castle, Mack, McHugh, LoBiondo, Lance, Reichert, and Chris Smith all voted for Cap and Trade while 44 Democrats didn’t. There are RINOs more liberal than many Democrats.

We have a truth in advertising law but flaming liberals are OK if they call themselves Republicans?

You can’t stand for something in government if your not in power. First you take back government, then clean it up.
